Learn how to survive and treat severe, life-threatening injuries or illnesses when seconds count, and EMS personnel and the emergency room are hours (or longer) away. We'll teach you how to handle significant issues such as serious bleeding, chest injuries, a compromised airway, spinal injuries, broken bones, and more. You'll learn how to sustain the life of a patient (or self) until he or she can be delivered to the emergency room.
